Pat Derbak, our COO, will manage the financials and ensure we are always looking out for the best interests of our towers.
Finally, we have the legendary duo,(Hall of Fame members) Marci and Bill Gratzianna whose unparalleled knowledge of the tow industry, marketing and driver management will inspire and amaze you.
How the group works:
-
We meet three times a year.
-
-
The first meeting is all about the numbers. For some members, this will be something they do every day; for others, understanding the numbers will be an eye-opener. Regardless of whether you are a numbers person, the numbers will allow you to compare your numbers to others in the group. You will see how you compare to others from your group. This is where percentages come into play. Each member will be different in size, the mix of business, and the number of trucks and employees. By using percentages, you can still compare what you are doing to what others in the group are doing.
-
-
-
During the first meeting, we will discuss your numbers. Each member will ask questions about your business. The insight will come from members and guides. Each company will be on the clock for 90 minutes.
-
Site Meeting
-
-
The two other meetings will include a site visit. We will have two of these a year.
-
Site-visit.
-
The site visit comprises of an in-depth look at your business. The group will be separated into groups.

Value of having owners that our successful critique your business is worth more than gold.(In essence, you get a board of directors)
-
-
-
-
The group will interview most if not all, your employees. The on-site visit takes at least six plus hours. The group's goal is to give you a solid company assessment. At the end of the site visit, you will get a written report on everything we discussed. You will get the Good, the bad, the ugly.
-
The value of the site visit is twofold. First, the company that is having the visit learns a ton about its business. They get to see how outsiders see their business. This is an invaluable tool for owners. The group benefits from seeing how someone else runs a successful business.
-

-
-
Monthly accountability meetings: Every month, we will have a follow-up call. As owners, we all have important things that need to be done. Unfortunately, everyday fires put essential things on the back burner.(no pun intended) The monthly meeting helps you do the important stuff.
