As a distinguished author and speaker, He's appear and speaks at leading tow shows about dispatch training, how to be a better boss, to name just a few. Mike also contributes to Tow Times and serves on the board of the International Towing Recovery Museum. He is the Master of Ceremony for the International Towing and Recovery Hall of Fame induction ceremony. Every Wednesday, he confidently leads a Mastermind Group. He has been all over North America teaching The STEEP Dispatch training. He Also facilitated two Profitowable 20 groups, empowering business leaders to enhance their accountability and achieve remarkable success.
